I try to keep up with a few key facts about how the world is doing, and I like to test my knowledge to make sure I’m staying up to date. This month is a good time to be reflecting on the state of the world. Global leaders will be meeting in New York to agree on a set of goals that will set the agenda for fighting poverty, improving health, and tackling other big problems over the next 15 years. Even as the world struggles with the refugee crisis and other urgent issues, this is a good opportunity to think back on how much progress we’ve made, and how much more we can make in the coming years.
