Taking the family to the Panama Canal

My family took a trip to see one of the biggest civic works projects.

Melinda and I recently took our kids on vacation to the Panama Canal. I know it’s not exactly a typical vacation destination (and we did spend a few days at the beach afterward). But we had fun learning about how the canal was built—that in itself is an amazing story of ingenuity and hard work—and what it takes to keep things running smoothly today. In the video below, I share a few pictures and describe what we saw.

A. In Account Settings, click the toggle switch next to “Send me updates from Bill Gates.”

Q. How will you use the Interests I select in Account Settings?

A. We will use them to choose the Suggested Reads that appear on your profile page.
